Order tracking
Commands will be tracked as follows:
- DHL : you will receive after confirmation of your order a tracking number which will allow you to track your package until ‘to its final destination. If you choose the pickup point delivery option, DHL will contact you to suggest a suitable pickup point for you.
- Cubyn : An email with a tracking number is sent to customers. Essande can track all shipments in real time from picking in warehouses to final delivery to the recipient.
