1 - Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No it’s not mandatory but highly recommended. Indeed, this will allow you to find your history more quickly, to edit your addresses and to track your package online. You will also be notified when new products and special events are released.

2 - How to maintain my bag or my accessories?

Leather:

Dust and clean your bag: Dust the leather with a brush, then remove the remaining impurities with a cleaning gel. Apply the latter to the dry cloth first, then to the leather, and clean in a circular motion. We recommend that you start with an inconspicuous area first to test the effectiveness of the product. Remove the excess with a rag. Leave to dry for 15 minutes

Nourish the leather: A once the matter is dry, it is important to come and feed it to release all its beauty. Use a nourishing milk that penetrates the leather and provides all the necessary nutrients. Take your chamois and apply it in the same way as the cleansing gel, spreading evenly. Be careful not to put too much. Use a quick dry buff to remove excess.

Protection: By adding an invisible protective layer, a waterproofing spray is your future best ally. It will spare your leather from bad weather and other minor attacks. Spray evenly about fifteen centimeters, then let dry.

Felt:

Dry cleaning or a slightly damp cloth, for a slightly more stubborn stain you can use a carpet stain remover, always applied first to an invisible place in order to check that your product does not discolor the felt. Never rub strongly on the felt, use circular and very gentle movements.

3 - Some tips for the good maintenance of your bag or pouch

  • Store your bag or accessory in a fabric pouch
  • Keep it in shape when not in use
  • Empty your bag or accessory regularly and clean any dust that may be at the bottom of the bag
  • Do not hang your bag by the handles to avoid any deformation of the leather
  • Arrange the interior, use small pockets to organize your belongings and to protect the lining inside your bag
  • Do not leave your bag exposed for long periods in the sun

4 - Deliveries and returns

Is delivery free in France?

  • Delivery by DHL express amounts to 8 € for small leather goods and 10 € for bags (to be checked with DHL)

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver all over Europe and much of the world. In the European Union, the delivery costs are:

  • 12 € for small leather goods and T-shirts. (price to be checked with DHL and Cubyn)
  • 18 € for the bags. same

 

For the rest of the worldwide, the shipping costs are:

  • € 12 for the small leather goods collection
  • € 18 for the bags collection.

Delivery between 2 to 5 days for T-shirts and Hoodies, leather goods in pre-order, date of delivery displayed on the product page. For deliveries outside the EEC zone customs fees / taxes may be applied on importation. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What are the delivery times?

  • Delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase, in your basket and also in the order summary email.
  • The 1st collection of leather goods will be in pre-order and the delivery dates are displayed on the product page. All T-shirt and hoodie orders placed before 12:30 p.m. can be shipped the same day. For others, they will be shipped the next working day. Ex: you order a product in France on Tuesday at 4 p.m., it will be shipped on Wednesday with delivery 1 to 2 working days (therefore Thursday or Friday).

 

Is it possible to have a delivery point delivered?

  • Yes, you can have a delivery point delivered by selecting DHL delivery. For this, once your order has been confirmed, you will be contacted by DHL, which will offer you different delivery methods. You can then choose the relay point of your choice, benefiting from the speed and quality of DHL shipping.

 

Is it possible to be delivered by courier in Paris?

Courier delivery is possible in Paris (info to come – I must call coursier.fr)

Do you accept them exchanges/returns?

Yes. Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product. In France: exchanges/returns are free.

Abroad: exchanges/returns are also possible and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make an exchange/return?

The products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the label product. They must not be worn, washed or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps or suspenders hanging on the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.

5 - ORDERING

How long does it take to ship my order?

For T-shirts and hoodies, if the product is in stock during the week: 24 to 48 hours. During the weekend: the following Monday. If the product is not immediately in stock you will find a specific delivery date under the ‘add to basket’ button as well as in your basket. For leather goods that are on pre-order, the delivery date will be indicated on the product page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

6 - Payment

What types of credit card do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express . You can also pay for your order with your Paypal account.

When is my bank account debited for my order?

As soon as your order is placed you will be debited within 24/48 hours.
